  • Ensure proper reporting mechanisms are in place for the right stakeholders at the right time.  Develop goals, KPIs, impact assessments, or performance evaluations.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-say support, coaching, and management for staff and teams.  Build trust and culture across internal and external stakeholders.
